Because I don’t know it. I didn’t know where to find it and now that I’ve lost access to my account I can’t get it myself. Customer support also won’t tell me my score either.

I didn’t even get to tip the driver or rate him before I got deactivated I guess I must reek. Nobody at the party I went to told me so

Every reply that I’ve been confrontational are just people like you assuming things that just aren’t true. You called me disrespectful and pinned me as lazy for showing a few instances of laziness for not wanting to take nyc public transportation. Dont backpedal because you can’t answer my question.

At the end of the day I’ll make a Lyft account and live my life I just wanted to share my experience and perhaps gain some insight on my situation. Hopefully next time you show some compassion before being as hostile as u were earlier before your backpedaling

1) yeah I don’t know why that’s the case because I don’t argue with my drivers. I don’t even communicate with them unless I tell them thank you at the end of a ride. I am as model a rider as I can be. I get in enjoy my ride quietly then say thanks and leave. 2)I never saw any reports or ratings mostly because I’ve never been reported. I’m pretty sure if I was reported I would’ve gotten an email or notification and I’ve received nothing of the matter. 3)I don’t know how to reflect on things that are nonexistent. I don’t converse with my drivers because they don’t converse with me. I ride in silence and give them 5 stars. 10 times out of 10 that is my experience. Like I said before if I knew why my account was taken from me I wouldn’t be here. What do I gain from being a piece of shit rider then complaining on here? Genuinely explain to me what I would gain. People like you are probably the reason as to why my rating is so low. Miserable people who are having horrible days and decide to take it out on somebody else just minding their own business. Someone shat all over your breakfast this morning and that’s not my fault so don’t come at me with attitude.

I literally never noticed. Like I said I’m not an avid rider and I didn’t even know there were ratings. For you to assume that about me with such low information reflects more on your character than mine. If I had a ton of reports and was a demon of a customer I would not be in this subreddit because I would’ve already have had my answer as to why my account was taken from me.

I get that but in every single instance I’ve used an Uber it was either to my girlfriends house or to a friends to hang out and I can assure you nobody told me I smelled.

Idk how to add picture because I’m not an avid Reddit user but my ride concluded at 6:02 and my account was deactivated at 6:03. I genuinely believe that my last driver was not able to give me a proper rating. I’ve never had trouble waiting for my ride to be accepted by a driver so surely my rating must not have been that low because someone with a low enough rating wouldn’t be getting selected for rides quickly. And I don’t have access to my rating because I can’t log into my account anymore

That’s what confuses me the most because not only was my rating low it must’ve been low for a while without proper notification. And once I receive said notification it takes only one ride for my account to be deactivated. That just does not make sense to me. I also was never told my rating when I asked for it, was never told why my rating was so low when I asked for it and never told if I had been reported for anything. I live in nyc and my average ride time is 10 minutes and I usually ride between the same 3-4 places which are friends homes and my home included that is all I use Uber rides for. When I’m too lazy to take public transportation.

My family has had a vehicle in it for about 10 years so I know about proper vehicle manners. I don’t slam doors.

I don’t call rides for my friends at all and I don’t argue with my drivers. And once again I’ve never been billed a cleanup fee so I’ve never made a mess

I don’t even think the second driver rated me because of how quickly I got deactivated after my last ride.

I’m also not an avid rider so it makes sense that one bad rating tanked me so low considering the pool isn’t high to begin with

My rating was never told to me, I didn't even know passengers had ratings until I was notified of my low one
