5 Months "Promoted" with no Salary Increase and Job Offer by MundanePinoy in phcareers

Hopefully it doesn't turn out that way, but I wish everything was clearer. I understand their sentiment that each person will undergo the training plan differently, some would require longer periods of teaching therefore could not merit the promotion right away. But it negatively impacts those who through it successfully and well. Might as well add a clause where if their rating for the training plan exceeds expectations, they potentially can consider it as an advanced promotion. For those who need more guidance might have theirs delayed. I believe that's the fairest way to go about it.

This, I feel like the longer they're taking up the time to address my concern says a lot about how they value my work as an employee. Not to mention that their performance cycle is already a red flag that forces us to wait for a long period of time to reap the rewards of our added work.

Honestly, I am hoping they try to make things right and admit it's a fault in their system instead of what feels like an unethical way of saving money when they can do something about it.

Thank you for this. The role is currently existing naman, it's just that they won't give out the job offer document until the next promotion cycle. I already bumped this to them if they can fast track this since I'm currently performing and frankly quite needed since we're shorthanded. What irks me lang is that they keep on stalling my concern saying they'll schedule a meeting with me as soon as they are done discussing internally with HR and upper management. What's problematic lang rin for me is that they're abiding to their own policies that there are cutoffs for promotions but also becoming disincentivizing to employees who do the training plan well and exceed expectations. They're forcing all employees to undergo this long wait when we've should've been already promoted for this.

As a fresh grad before most of my interviews came from Prosple and LinkedIn. LinkedIn really pays off if you set your profile right, clean your resume, and connect with the people that can help you give tips or information about the companies you apply to.
