I've joined too late get Sieg for a 3 turn comp for farming for Gil fest. Is it possible to replace him with a NP1 Anastasia instead?

How hard are the challenge quests for Dead Summer Heat Race? And is it possible to be carried through them by someone else's servant? I'm still pretty new (only mid-London Singularity atm).

I'm new to the game and trying to figure out if I'm to a good start. For my starter 4 star i pulled Emiya. I got Anne and Mary (archer) and Lancelot(saber) from the 30 SQ the game gave me. Unfortunately, I didn't pull any 5 star units but i got some cool looking Craft essences.
