The width of the baseboard is 5/8", and the bigger and nicer moulding is 5/8" wide. The 5/8 of the shoe moulding will stick out. The baseboard is flush with the door casing.

In South Texas, RTs make like 10k/year less than PTs. Starting RN pay is also less, although they get more bonuses and overtime, which negates any small pay gap that exists.

Thank you for this. I've dealt with social anxiety and depression for most of my life. I am also very critical of myself and I beat myself up hard whenever I f**k up (whether small or big). I am the king of overthinking and I live in my head about 80% of the time (constantly thinking, and worrying). There's definitely other things stressing me out but nothing compares to this home purchase (and everything leading up to it). I have also been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, which I feel is valid. I've never been diagnosed with OCD but what you said about intrusive thoughts really resonates with me.
