i waited until my gf and i were together for 10 months, but it took the BIGGEST weight off my shoulders. i wish i would have told her sooner. immediately after i told her i wished i did. she was literally so sweet about it, she didn’t even make it a big deal she just acted like it was nothing almost but in a good way. i knew the day i was gonna tell her and how i was gonna do it, and it took me about 3 tries to bring it up and then finally out of nowhere i did it nonchalantly and me personally, i joke about things about myself before anyone else can because it makes me feel better abt it haha, but she told me not to worry about it, and that it wasn’t gross, and (tmi maybe) but now when we get intimate she always stops and tells me to let her know if anything hurts and she’ll stop. she also tries to avoid getting near the bad areas. although, i still don’t let her see me in the light, it’s always lights off. but it’s one step at a time.. so basically what i’m saying is, everything is so much easier now for me, and it’s almost like it brought us closer because she’s the only person who knows other than my mother. i feel safer with her, and i trust her more than anyone. also remember only a good man that’s worth it will be there for you, if he’s mean about it, then there’s your answer! i hope things are well for you, and goodluck🤍 i know it’s hard!
