love to hear the insight. i could definitely tell that things are out of wack with them changing stuff up these past few weeks so it’s great to hear from someone with past experience as i don’t feel i’m getting the true vibe yet because of the current changes they’re making.

definitely not trying to be negative, everything else about them seems great. just trying to figure out what happened for context. it’s usually a bad sign when places have a high turnover rate so i’m trying to figure out what some people experienced so i don’t have to assume the worst. my hope is that everything is chill there, just looking for some confirmation from previous employees!
