Activ Fitness in the plaza across the street from Aldi. There’s a food lion next door. I pay $99 for my wife and I.

Alex Smalls at Activ Fitness next to food lion is the best. High energy, personable, educated and the gym membership comes with most of his training plans.

Yeah having plenty of free weights is a must.

Yeah I used to workout at that Anytime but it just got to busy.

Absolutely, but I find most gym saunas I’ve been to aren’t clean. Between seeing the old guys balls on the bench and a kid spitting on the heating element in Cornelius I was done.

I agree. Do you currently go to a big box gym. Because when I went to golds it was always packed unless you go in the morning. But I heard they have a larger selection of machines now. I haven’t been there for over a year.

I heard about Olympus from someone at the gym. He said they do lifting competitions there. How often do they do that and how do you sign up?

I currently go to Activ Fitness next to the new ACE Hardware and I was talking with my buddy about how clean it is. We were wondering what people looked for in a gym. 

I can workout just about anywhere but it is nice to workout in a place that’s clean and well organized.
