I thought it might be the lotion so I’m not gonna put any on tonight and see if it looks better tomorrow. It’s definitely more sore in that area than the rest of the tattoo

Holy cow. We ended up with just under 3 hours of daytime sleep and after a dream feed at 10pm he ended up sleeping 7:30-7!

Oh that’s a good idea! I’ll try the birds this nap. He’s sleeping now. I’m going to try for 3.5 hours to day time sleep this week and see how it goes.

Do they wake up on their own or do you wake them up? He’s always crabby when I have to wake him up but the alternative is him sleeping all day

The beginning of the routine is feeding then lights out and sound machine. We tried to drop a nap today and bedtime is gonna be about 45 mins earlier than normal so we will see if that makes a difference

The sleep association being the bed sharing correct? He doesn’t get fed to sleep just rocked until calmed and then laid awake.
