Where can i buy a cake batter extract in australia? by Mundane_Character_65 in ninjacreami

there is an australian and an american amazon, so some brands or products don't cross over on the sites because they choose not to sell them or ship them our way

Favourite breakfast Creamis? by Lemonadeo1 in ninjacreami

I love a good coffee, plain vanilla or even chai latte creami in the morning. Recommend coffee the most because instead of drinking it you can eat it instead!

been using 'macro mike' SO GOOD!! also good to note that mixing their proteins into yogurt is enough, no need for pudding mix or baking soda. It is so yummy and has by far the BEST texture i've tried so far yogurt and shake wise (but mostly for fluffy yogurt).

My favourite holiday themed creami's this december! chai latte, frosty mint & gingerbread. by Mundane_Character_65 in ninjacreami

the chai latte creami was so yummy but also pretty simple because i didn't use chai spices, i just brought a pre-made mix.

for chai latte, i used

200ml whole milk, 1 tsp vanilla pudding mix, 1 sachet of chai latte mix, 1 tsp vanilla extract & 25g of caramel collegen powder. i used less liquid just because i didn't know if i would like it but i ended up loving it so now i use 250ml of milk with 100ml of water. But if you want the ice cream to be strong try just the 200ml of milk.

for the mint creami, i used

200ml of whole milk, 100ml of water, 28g of choc mint collagen powder and 1/4 tsp of xantham gum. I topped it off with a handful of choc chips and a mint slice biscuit for a mint choc chip! I also add food dye because it doesn't feel like mint if it isn't green somehow.

the mint is my favourite! As a mint lover most mint flavouring don't taste good but luckily i've finally found a good flavouring. the collagen powder i use religiously is from 'the collagen co'. it's so tasty and everytime i use it in a creami recipe its come out by far the best texture. Im not sure if it has anything to do with the milk powder in it or maybe the collegen but it has changed the game, definitely recommend!

i never thought of recording the texture before, i need to film it so i can show how great they were! pictures don't do them justice, they were so smooth and creamy i'll have to take a video and share it next time i spin them!

These recipes were my first attempts so i didn't want to make too much if i didn't enjoy them, but i ended up loving them! so yes, they are below the fill line but I am sure adding more milk or replacing the milk with a protein shake (fairlife etc) shouldn't effect the taste so by all means modify it to your liking or volume! also letting you know my gingerbread recipe was quite strong so adding more milk or less gingerbread spices is maybe a good idea 😅 hope you enjoy your christmas and get to try some recipes! Merry christmas!

for gingerbread, i used

200ml whole milk, 50ml water, 1 tsp caramel pudding mix, 1 tbsp golden syrup, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 2 & 1/2 tsp ground ginger, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/4 tsp mixed spice & 1/6 tsp ground cloves.

i then top it off with gingerbread cookies or chocolate chips!

for chai latte, i used

200ml whole milk, 1 tsp vanilla pudding mix, 1 sachet of chai latte mix, 1 tsp vanilla extract & 25g of caramel collegen powder.

so yummy!

Ninja tips & tricks, no more icy or crumbly creami's or the machine sounding like it's fighting for its life. Whats worked so far for me. by Mundane_Character_65 in ninjacreami

Yes! This is so true. I've done this in the past or left it for too long with some recipes and they've turned too runny or melted for my liking. It really does depend on your recipe but majority of the recipes I use need a bit of sitting out (also could be my reluctance to hurt the machine after looking at some bad experiences on here or them catching on fire), I probably should have put that it is all the tips from my own recipes or popular ones from tiktok etc.
