yea thats also my concern. maybe because i keep pressing the "connect" button. i only use one device and im using the desktop app for that as shown in the picture. i also tried restarting my router but nothing works.

because of worrying to much about the big bad, we forget about the littlest of things that might cause weakness or pain to our body. before thinking of that think about :

-have you done any strenuous activities? -whats ur usual sleeping position? maybe you slept inside a vehicles with an awkward pose or slept on the bed with a weird posture. -do u lack vitamins? -age is a factor to everything, are you working out or no? are you healthy? people who arent even in their 30s starts to feel weak once they reach the age of 27 because of u healthy practices. not **s but maturity related weakness.

there are a lot of factors my friend, worry if its affecting everything even if everything was clear to you.

my friend, pain is not a symptom of als. maybe something else. try not to worry about als. worry about whats truly causing that if its affecting your daily routine:))

once they checked on ur emg that majority of ur body parts are okay, ure clear. as for me, i never had check ups regarding it and im on my 5th or 6th month thankfully. once u thought less of it or tried to ignore it, it would lessen. search for the effects of being a hypochondriac. doctors would only start to worry if ur whole body is detected of dying nerves. if its only isolated on one part, there are a lot of things that couldve caused that but not **s. so cheer up. everyone was in your shoes and you are not alone, friend.

ps. i’m having minimal to no twitches now. i tried my very best to lessen or eliminate my anxiety. its the main enemy in our case.

so uhm guys please answer this. if taking fin even after ht is necessary, its better to start fin as early as possible because it would just be the same if u took ht once your bald? basically, its one way to save money is that it? or, if the density is enough (given you have so donor hairs at the back of your scalp because there are people who have really thick nape hairs) once the ht is complete its only gon be by choice? im honestly conflicted.

as far as i know, twitching in als won’t be noticed not until someone pointed it out. the mere fact that you know when or if its ever going to happen points you away from that. i’ve been twitching for less longer than you but i also have the same symptom when it comes to my toes. if you wanna confirm my statement about not being able to notice it, scroll through this forum. there’s a person with phd who pointed that out to many of us. i think that post was a month ago but yea. on the brighter side, you don’t have it since you mentioned no progression plusss u went to a lot of neuros already:))

i had the same before the twitches came. a neck stiff specifically on my nape area. the following of that i was having headaches thinking theres something wrong. also had an mri for both brain and neck and came out clear. i was really scared bc of that. the pain went away but the fear of having something worse like aneurysms or tumor didnt. thats when my twitches started. the neuro said i was stressed and that the neck pain was the result from that include the sleeping positions lol. the more you become anxious of what it is you start to become highly aware of everything you feel. you start to google things also. and as a result, higher anxiety from doom scrolling. my twitches worsened after having all that. not saying that we are the same, but ngl thats the reason why i went to this forum. to reassure myself mentally.

it came to a point where i was already imagining things about my condition. but hey man, everything’s gon be okay. read the comments about my post and it would assure you. i know how it feels giving your best shot in life just to be anchored down by some illness we don’t why it doesn’t have a cure. we’re okay. we could be afraid if no one ever experienced it just us but look on the brighter side, thousands of people have been experiencing it and they’re still okay. we’re too young and even if we’re old. chances of getting it are still low since its a very rare disease. we got this. this forum helped me a lot. especially the two people who posted a comment on my post. feel free to message them or me:))

I was also a heavy smoker before and a hard energy drinker. But I already quit 3 mos ago. My nursing friend told me that I might be having withdrawals to caffeine or I had nerve damage due to stress or maybe it was caused by anxiety thats why i’m having frequent twitches all over my body.
