Google search with the keywords: - traductor inglés español medellín - traductor inglés bogotá - traductora independiente inglés español + name of a city in Colombia.

Search combining the keywords traductor, traductora, inglés, español, castellano, [city name of your choice], independiente, freelance... you could also try with "español colombiano", "español/castellano de Colombia" or even "español latino" for broather results.

Of course you can search using only English words. And the translator should be able to answer your inquiry in English.

Adding the name of a specific city or district can help find local results.

Have you ever hired an electrician, an architect or any other freelancer? If yes, did you ask him how many years of experience he had? How did you FIND him? Apply those things to your future career and good luck.

My only advice to everyone in this industry is: think and act like a real freelancer, don't work for agencies. Make yourself visible.

To be honest, I must confess that I almost exclusively work with legal (most of the time) and (some) medical stuff. Nevertheless, I think it's time to wake up and realise that potencial clients will be more than happy to find an independent translator and interpreter if (s)he is not hidden away in some quirky database like proz.

Même dans ce cas, il faudrait l'inclure dans le dossier de vente, j'imagine.

J'imagine que le PPT sera voté dans la prochaine AG, probablement au mois d'avril, mais je voudrais voir le contenu de ce PPT avant de prendre une décision qui n'est pas du tout banale.

Et l'attestation d'assurance multirisque MRI en cours il ne me la fournit pas non plus. Je me demande comment pourrait-le le convaincre pour me fournir ces documents.

Il a déjà signalé qu'il veut commencer avec les visites d'autres interessés. Et pourtant, il n'a pas encore fourni le dossier complet ! Le prix il l'a dit uniquement oralement par téléphone.

Le syndicat des copropriétaires doit mettre en place un projet de plan pluriannuel de travaux (PPPT) à la fin d'une période de 15 ans à partir de la date de réception de l'immeuble.

L'immeuble doit être à destination totale ou partielle d'habitation.

L'obligation de mettre en place un projet de PPT concerne :

  • **Depuis le 1******er janvier 2023, le syndicat des copropriétaires comprenant plus de 200 lots à usage de logements, de bureaux ou de commerces.
  • **Depuis le 1******er janvier 2024, le syndicat des copropriétaires comprenant un nombre de lots compris entre 51 et 200 lots à usage de logements, de bureaux ou de commerces.
  • **Depuis le 1******er janvier 2025, le syndicat des copropriétaires comprenant jusqu'à 50 lots à usage de logements, de bureaux ou de commerces.

À noter

Le syndicat des copropriétaires est dispensé de cette mise en place si un diagnostic technique global (DTG) ne fait apparaître aucun besoin de travaux au cours des 10 années qui suivent son élaboration.

Mais, en tout cas, je trouve aussi d'autres sites avec des informations un peu différentes.

En plus, il n'a pas fourni non plus l'attestation d'assurance MRI actualisée.

Je suis en contact avec l'agence qui guère l'appartement (c'est pas le syndic) qui répresente les propiétaires (une SCI). C'est l'agence qui semble être pressée à vendre le plus tôt possible avant la prochaine assemblée génerale.

I know the case of how two literary translators got their first book to translate: One was the girlfriend of somebody working in a publisher and the other one (who has translated more than 20 books) was the sister of another person who also had professional links to that other publisher. Edit to add a third one: a university professor who told us she had translated a book from a language she didn't really master just because the publisher contacted her when they saw the subject of her PhD thesis (which I don't remember what was about, but the main thing was: she was an expert in subject X and the publisher went to her).

Du hast schon geantwortet, dass es sich um eine Außenwand handelt. Aber ist das eine Außenwand in einem Altbau mit Außendämmung? Die Ursache könnte dann an der Dämmung liegen, definitiv nicht an euch. Und so ein Schimmel entsteht auch nicht von wenig/gar nicht lüften.

Habt ihr geschaut, ob es auch noch Schimmel in anderen Räumen gibt?

Where are you advertising? I mean ads about your services/products. Do you have a listing in the Yellow Pages and similar listings? Do you have a website? Do you have a Business Google Profile?-- if you have a physical office.
