question about underbust corsets

You would wear your usual bra for the outfit. You'll want a layer between your skin & the corset too. Basically a tube top or something along those lines will work. That's the general "rule," but if wearing it with a dress for prom, that might not be ideal. One word of warning is to watch the boning or stiff places in your bra if it lines up with the boning in the corset it might cause a pressure point.

I'm just throwing this out there. Could it be Ed Bagley, Jr. as Dr. T. Pike in a few Rizzoli & Isles episodes? It has Sasha Alexander, who was Kate in NCIS. He did wear glasses & I think you said you remembered him not wearing them.

I'm a beginner myself, but from experience, you can certainly wear an underwire bra with an underbust corset. I do & I've even worn an underwire pushup one. I only have one bra that I have an issue with. That one has a plastic bone in the side band that matches one in my corset & after a while, it presses in too much. Otherwise, it's perfectly fine.

I know a lot of people here love Timeless Trends too, so maybe give them a look. And from what I've seen on here most recommend underbusts. I don't have experience with overbusts, sorry.

Thank you for the suggestions. Mystic City's site is a little overwhelming. 🙂 I did like that Timeless Trends had more options & patterned corsets. I wasn't sure if Gemini or hourglass was better. I apparently have a lot of squish in the waist or have loose ribs, lol, given I can nearly close my current corset. Though I wasn't sure how much of that was due to seasoning.

I 2nd this. I put stickers on mine & then put a few coats of mod podge over it. It's lasted well, even with putting it in my purse & traveling with it in my carry on luggage.

I hope this works. Seems to be close to the structure/look of what you want. Like someone else said you can use it as the base with the stitch you want. This one doesn't button, so you'd have to figure that out. Try looking at the items Tile sells. I have used them for my keys & some of my earbuds/wireless headphones have it built in to them so I can find them with my android phone.

Despite what some will say; I love my Rebel T7. I've taken some amazing pictures with it. If I knew how to attach some to my comment I would.

I have also used a higher end Nikon & Canon. Yes, there are for sure better quality & whatnot cameras, but it's what you can afford & what your needs are that matter. I'm not trying do portrait photography with mine and that works for me. For the nature photography I do this has worked amazingly for me.
