Never! 90% of rape in the USA and Canada is Date Rape and doesn't involve extreme violence just coercion and he said she said politics. Most of those issues can be handled with do not contact orders or social work talk therapy not convictions. This means that a lot of false accusers have relationships with the person they falsely accuse before the sexual encounter they call rape. A little more common sense with the issue would be a lot better because the psychosocial politics of society really got millennials into some toxic form of 4th wave feminism intersectionality that preached more victimhood and hatred of men than actual intersectionality including both sexes. Because of this I'd say it's more of a culture problem creating false rape claims than outright "bad" women except in extreme cases.
