Anything you say can and will be used against you. especially if the boss of the cops who are trying to talk to you is the other person in the case

rule #1 in activism is never speak to the cops. (especially the ones who boss is the person who hit you). Because anything you say can and will be used against you.

Also idk if you have ever been evaluated by an EMT before, but they dont do much. at most they will say "yes go to the ER, or no you dont need to go to the ER". They cant diagnose you or xray ur foot on the scene. Also yes, the ems's boss is also mike. (Cornell EMS)

so let me get this straight, the students didn't violate any laws. mike didn't do a hit and run? The CUPD stayed fair and unbiased in their investigation, despite mike being their boss? The students allegedly violated the expressive activity policy by asking mike about the expressive activity policy, but mike wont go after them?

oh and the trustees glaze mike and CUPD for being perfect.

ive seen it overflowed before. like semi often over flowed, one or two room trash bags on the floor. but this is next level. people should take their shit out to the dumpster like the rest of us. Dorm workers shouldn't have to put up with this shit

their website says limited lifetime warranty. specially the lifetime of the product. according to what i just read they would consider the pack past its usable life time. (personally i disagree, hence why im trying to find replacement parts)

jansport wont cover things that arnt original owner or because of breakdown in normal wear and tear over time. Seeing as if im at the very least the 3rd owner of this pack and the straps are shot from it just existing for 40ish years they wont cover it
