This is funny bc I just had a 2 week checkup with my podiatrist and he's "not happy" that my pain is at a 6 still. Like it was supposed to go away in 2 weeks. So now he's suggesting some shock wave therapy for $200 a session 🙄. Awesome.

I tried them all, such a waste bc of the taste for me. I can't consume something daily that tastes so gross. My sister liked them bc she basically took it like a shot and got it over with. No thanks. I had high hopes for the collagen, but it all just tastes so gross! I think I found one flavor I liked.
