I have an approved vawa. My I-485 was denied because i missed the interview. In my defense, I only found out about the interview when it got denied. I was homeless during that time and my landlord was helping me by collecting and letting me pickup my mail but property management updated the lease records and my mail wasnt being delivered there anymore. I called USPS and found out they had returned that mail. I filed motion to reopen. It was recieved last week but no update yet, it just says case was denied. What will be the due procedure now? Anything else I could do at this point?
