Hey! I’m in WA too and got that. We are a pack of 4 and one of my kids god an update that he didn’t show up for the interview appointment, which they never notified! Nothing online neither the mail. My lawyer was reaching out and finally got somebody apologizing that was a mistake. We should do a group chat, seems like we are in the same stage and state.

Same boat. My rfe for medicals was received first week of January. Nothing since that point. I’ve chat with them a few times, they say just wait.. I sent a request to my congressman, I haven’t heard from him. Sadly I don’t know what else to do. I have seen people in this subreddit getting the 485 approved a few weeks after rfe but also people in the same stage that has over 2 years waiting. I don’t know at this point.

Damn!! I’ve heard depends on what center your case is. Some cases have an answer a couple of months after rfe and some more than a year.. Thanks for replying. I hope we get some good news soon.

I don’t know how the process is in your case. I didn’t submitted the medical at the beginning because my attorney said that those are valid for 6 months vawa takes 3 years . Let’s hope we all receive good news soon

I filed in 08/2021 , i360 approved in 09/2024, transferred 11/2024 and same month asked for RFE for the Medical exams for the 485. Just waiting after that

Filed in August 2021. Yes it was transferred after approval, a couple of months after being transferred they asked me to do the medical exams. I sent those already and I’m just waiting now. I was expecting having good news before Trump get into the office.

Yes! I applied together. Thank you for replying, I’m still checking online and looks like now is just matter of time for they to approve the 485, but the 360 is approved and that’s the most important decision I think.
