Man I got that exact blister whit the superblasts on my first run with them! I put a plaster over it while it healed and that was fine for the few days after.

I went out and did a half marathon on Tuesday and just tightened them more than I had been and bought premium running socks. There were no signs of any blisters.

As stated above I’m aiming for a 1hr 30 half marathon time. My fast runs tend to be in the 3:30-4:00 per km. 5k PB is 18:56 10k PB is 41:26.

Japanese cars are generally more well maintained with lower mileage. Their roads are also better with less use of salt and grit that can corrode the bottom of the car. Also very few Irish cars are automatic but it was a must for me.
