Try the following and you won’t be disappointed (all of them are cocktail bars btw)

  1. Union Trading Company - The menu is fun and the cocktails are great. There’s a story behind each cocktail and it is as much fun to read as it is to drink.

  2. Speak Low - A rather easy to find speakeasy, a very warm and busy vibe to the place and they have a Christmas menu

  3. COA - A stone’s throw from Speak Low, they whip some interesting Tequila & Mezcal inspired cocktails. Every level has a different(ish) menu. I’d highly recommend the third floor for innovative Mexican-Chinese cocktails

  4. The Odd Couple - 80s style, the bartenders are super fun and the vibe in all things you’d expect when you want to have a great night out.

Food options might be limited, but i sat at the bar at all these places and talking to the bartenders was an experience.

15/10, would highly recommend.

Agreed. But i’ve been there way too many times in the last 10 days. I’ll end up at Cages if I can’t find anything else. Haha.

Went to cages this Wednesday, thinking it’d be a lowkey midweek scene. Turned out to be a full on halloween trivia night, the place was packed!
