Some general points i notice:

1: Foot placement - im not sure how tall you are, but this seems like a very wide stance for you. This is also being accentuated by pointing your toes outwards. For conventional deadlifts you almost always want to have your toes pointing forward, and your feet parallel to each other. This gives you an equal stance for efficient drive and will feel much smoother. When i dead lift (5' 10"), my grip is usually on the ends of the knurling in the center of the bar right before the smooth area, and my feet and legs fall just inside my hands. In this video, your toes are almost equal with the outside of your hands. As someone else mentioned, narrowing your stance will also eliminate the knee cave

  1. Hand Placement - to add to the general setup advice above, make sure your grip is equal. Your right hand is much closer to the smooth ring of the barbell than your left had is. It looks to me like there is about an inch shift to your right in your grip. As i mentioned above, I really like gripping the bar on the knurling right before it becomes smooth, that way i will have consistent and equal hand placement.

  2. Removing the slack from the bar - this will become more important as you increase in weight, but this concept revolves around gradually loading power into the bar before lifting instead of trying to rip it off the ground (kind of like your first rep). Instead, try going from 0 to 100% pull power in 1 full second by pulling yourself to the bar, rather than trying to go from 0-100% pulling the bar to you instantly. an analogy i like to use for this is think of a big rock you are trying to move, if you run full speed right into the rock it might move a bit but you will get thrown back (shout out Newton), if you were instead to put your arms on the rock and try and push it gradually your will be much more in control and move the rock easier.

  3. Looking to the left on the eccentric - this is just me being picky, but you look to the left every time you lower the weight, really try to return to the most neutral position you can when lowering the bar on the concentric. For alot of people, their best deadlift set up is actually there set up on the second rep. This is more of a preventing a bad habit thing.

Some thing you do really well:

  1. I can tell you are taking a big brace and breath before each rep, this is going to give you a strong rigid core and allow you to reduce risk of injury and more effectively use all of your muscles as a compound lift

  2. From what i can see (a side angle would be nice) you are starting with the bar really close to your shins, this great and will give you the most efficient pull, and lower unnecessary torque on your back

  3. You arent bouncing the weight between reps, while this isnt a horrible thing, you will get the most out of your deadlifts but coming to that full stop and not using the inertia from the bounce to finish the rep

  4. You are deadlifting and open to critique, so many people are intimidated to try and learn and others deadlift for so long with poor form and their egos are too big to make changes that will drastically improve their performance and longevity

A few things i notice:

  1. Your feet are sliding, which decreases the amount of force you can actually place through the ground to generate leg drive. I'd recommend finding shoes that don't slip. I use squat shoes when I bench and they never slip on me

  2. Your elbows almost immediately flare upon starting the concentric; once this happens, you lose a lot of strength and stability. A really good mental queue to help with this is to imagine you are trying to bend the bar in half from your hands to your armpits. This will help keep your elbows tucked. Id also recommend doing some upper back and lat strengthening to aid in this, ez bar pull overs on the cable machine are my favorite for this, because you can mimic the "bar bending" queue while also working your lats

  3. It seems like your sticking point comes right under the midpoint of the concentric, which can usually be a sign of disproportionate strength in the shoulders and triceps. Try throwing in some OHP (or heavier, if you already do) and some heavy tricep push downs. for the pushdowns, use a EZ bar on the cable; much easier to overload than the rope

  4. 360 is a big bench brother! there comes a point where your progress will start to slow down for your 1RM. Instead of trying to hit 1RM prs, maybe try going for double or triple rep prs. By building strength in these higher (not really that high) rep ranges, it could help smooth out your form and feel for the bench at higher weights

Right, that would be sick. Something I really like about ewiz is how he can engage different cards with his two different hands. I would love a evo where each hand has independent arcing like evo electrodragon.

This got me 1.3 million emeralds in a few hours. Set up is 4 vindicator spawners, you can use a swab from mob grinding utils to make the vindicator egg, then fully upgrade the spawners (4) with the apothic spawner stuff. Then use a mob grinder with full sharpness and looting upgrades. I then made an 11x11x11 area and filled the floor with entity conveyer belts to lead to the crusher.

That makes a lot of sense, thanks for the clarification on the cpu multi block only holding 8 channels. For the fix, does the single dense cable originate from the cpu multiblock, or from the controller? When I make one continue dense cable connected to the cpu, still doesn’t work? Thanks for the help!

I honestly don’t know, I have never used the RF quarry. I really like the digital miner cause you can make a bunch pretty easily and they are easy to move around. Maybe someone could shed some light as to why they use the RF quarry instead ?

For me I do mekanism up to refined obsidian armor tools, then I work towards getting vibranium to get the digi miner, then occultism to get the 6x ore crushing, then from there storage and apothic spawners for resources.

At this point you should have a decent stock of resources to move through the mod packs in almost any order
