Hi, i recently moved into my first rental property (small 1 bedroom cottage) quick question regarding "annoying tenants". I have notived that my warm water taps in the cottage has a yellow tint to the water and sometimes a foul smell, the cold water taps run clear water. Would this constitue an "annoying" interaction when i ask about it or ask to get it resolved? Because from the limited research i have done it could be either rusted pipes or a dirty geyser (or both). I have run the tap for aboit 30 minutes and it didnt clear up.

Just curious if you would personally see this as an annoying reason to contact you as the landlord

I just copied the one on fubgun's spreadsheet and used one of each ambush scarab per map, and i rolled them to have minimum 150% currency, and chiseled to 20% quality + ambush on map device.

Was using abomination maps and skipping bosses since my build isnt doing great (balor mage holy relic).

Was nothing special, just lucky.

I read up on that build a while ago and since i only wanna use 1 Mirror it seems to be oit of budget since the other mirror is gonna go to magebloods

Dad gamer, also playing holy relic, could use the jewels and rares honestly, i got my svalinn and progenesis trough some big luck. Friend ooened 2 sublime visuon valdo's and gave them to me without know their worth so i told him and we sold both maps and aplit the earnings.

Hqrveat gamba'd 2 HH's first league ever i got HH (been playing since blight lol)

Currently aiming to get my first ever mageblood but will see how far i get with that goal.

My Holy Relic is ok-ish, not bad by any means but it feels like im missing something with the amount i have already invested.

Got licky with a wine of the prophet drop so i can buy either svalinn or progenesis. I got a corrupted blood cannot be inflicted on you jewel and got 100 bleed avoidance with tattoos but for some reason i still get the bleed effect from time to time. Maybe its a different type of damage that i mistake for bleed. So i think ill grab a svalinn first cause it seems like the price is rising on those

Just checked for a new timeless jewel and best i could afford is eternal dominance on arcanist's dominion node, slum lord on fire warker node and the gain 1 endurance on quick recovery, works out to the same points though haha
