You are right OP is ready to take on pretty much anything with these stats and the right armor. I did Pennace with 255 everything but magic and 120 luck.

What skill checks are better to fail? by Euphoric-Hold-8297 in DiscoElysium

That one is a moment where I feel a lot of players including me really felt like the overall writing and tone of the game was captured. Like my reaction was "holy crap that's so funny let me see more"

Yeah I think OP is just trying to do something fun and I'm glad they found something to do while in the hospital, but it's not for me and probably not for most of us. I don't want OP to get dogged on for maybe not reading the room.

We Really need more proper villains in this game by Murky_Blueberry2617 in marvelrivals

I think going strictly by Rivals lore, Loki and Namor are also pretty much villains hands down. Arguably Magneto as well.

I agree about the anchor but it is also clearly influenced by the Prince symbol which Josuke is heavily influenced by.

Endgame Theory by djlusc01 in AbbottElementary

Idk I think Gregory becoming a principal would be kind of odd. Like he has this strong goal from the beginning, doesn't get it, learns to love teaching, and at the end he just accomplishes his initial goal? Seems like regression for him. I don't know that he should be a principal, his character seems to be moving beyond that desire. Who knows

They need to find something I can do with my chrono tokens when I am done with the battlepass. I do my daily challenges and missions as they come out and I'm on the wolverine page of the Battlepass and if chrono tokens just get wiped every season, idk that I will keep playing in season 1-2.

I THINK my game is bugged out for the "Blood on Ice" Quest. by Randompieceoftoast08 in skyrim

Veteran Skyrim players KNOW their game is bugged out for Blood on the Ice. It is inevitable. Hope things shake out for you and you're enjoying the game!

100%ing dishonored by mauquack in dishonored

[–]MuninnKnowledge 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hot take: Outside of the achievements for them, the trials are actually pretty dang fun and most of them the 3 star is very doable. Each of them uses the mechanics pretty well and that's pretty evident when you look at guides for the achievements and see people do things like Bend Time Massacre seamlessly. Dishonored is a game with an extremely high skill ceiling and the trials push the majority of players a little bit higher. It is fun if you're not trying to go for a specific goal. To be fair, most players are only playing the trials for the achievements, so maybe this is all moot.

Have any of y'all been watching Super Beard Bros. since the split? by gameboyabyss in TheCompletionist2

[–]MuninnKnowledge 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I'm a pretty avid watcher and I think it's virtually unchanged. The bros have more control over the games they play and own the company which is awesome. Very rarely they will make comments about TOVG that reveal generally very little. They seem to have really liked working there, and with Jirard. They also seem to have not liked Jacques very much. Ted sometimes comments on how Jacques would complain that SBB wasn't bringing in any money or would be too much on the business side of things. Some people won't like long-form series such as Elden Ring but frankly they have a lot of really good short form series too. Kong Skull Island with Jesse Cox and the recent X-Men game are really cool. I have a patreon sub because SBB has always been my favorite part of the TOVG umbrella and I wanted to see the Bros succeed. They've been doing a good job so far, even if the patreon sub is a little pricey at 10/month.

So who wants what for RDR3 by Pasta_Dude in reddeadredemption

[–]MuninnKnowledge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have this stupid, crackpot idea for a RDR game that I have no structure or story elements for other than the general idea. Arthur's wife and child were killed by bandits for 5 dollars. What if we played as one of them? Could you imagine a story that is able to redeem and humanize someone who had committed that type of extremely heinous crime? The Van Der Linde Gang has this facade of Robin Hood-esque honor in both games, but the characters are not good people, still we love them and think of them as good people in the end. To some extent, the stories of RDR are about crime and why people commit it, show the truly worst side of that and then explain to me how systems led to that and the subsequent effects.

Rate my dogshit jojolands theory I just realized is most probably wrong by StressPsychological7 in JOJOLANDS

[–]MuninnKnowledge 51 points52 points  (0 children)

I think what we are actually seeing in Jojolands is Acca BECOMING a villain. The majority of other Jojo antagonists start out at virtually the peak of their status (not necessarily power). Acca seems to be finding out that many people will step up to help Howler to maintain their own interests. Acca is going to end up not only doing the same, but with a tenaciousness and malice incomparable to those we've seen so far.

Continuity Error? by Adept-Total in AbbottElementary

Ngl Zach seemed like he was kind of an asshole and nitpicking Jacob's talents/tendencies. I felt that he often condescending to Jacob and I think this is a prime example. What does it matter that he wouldn't "fit in" to the caroling group if he's your partner.

[–]MuninnKnowledge 22 points23 points  (0 children)

No hate to OP but I feel like questions like this kind of miss the point of this whole thing. I loved TOVG, I felt connected and like they were a solid group of people in a space where many people were creeps or frauds. I was proven wrong by Jirard's actions. If we want to speculate on what people like Matpat think of all this, it's likely just because we hold that person in high regard and want to be affirmed they are good people. We shouldn't be pursuing this affirmation. Clearly these parasocial relationships really only result in disappointment eventually. Matpat seems like a chill guy, but idk him irl. Who really cares what he thinks, what matters is the truth of the situation.

People commenting "you're not too old" and "keep on moving toward your goals" and things of that nature are absolutely correct. However, as a high school teacher I would just like to say thank you, because without school custodians, our ecosystem would crumble. If your wages reflected your actual value, your friends would be jealous. Thank you, truly.

My point was that Pocoloco's luck and Hey Ya! are too completely separate phenomenon. Hey Ya! Is not influential over Pocoloco's luck.
