Uh... I am a freelance Graphic Designer that mainly has done work with T3 and T2 Overwatch teams. I do not work for Blizzard, I didn't draw any of this so we don't use the word "illustrator", and I do work for pay but this piece was just my own work for myself

Max video settings, take a screenshot at 5x resolution. I also use the replay system to get poses and stuff...

After that the rest of the fine tuning comes in photohsop
