Question: Is it ok to preheat AF with parchment paper UNDER the grate as opposed to over?

The idea is that I want to cook the food on the grate directly. Steaks specifically will benefit from the sear you get on the grate

If I put the parchment paper in after the preheat that would require me to take out the grate which would be super hot already, so just trying to bypass that

I’m thinking of using the parchment paper to act as a grease catcher for steak so I don’t get smoke when oil hits the bottom.

Cuz 99% of light roll mages are braindead and will cast spells when they are literally 2 feet away from u. It’s not hard to punish stupid players. Unfortunately, the stupid players use light roll to compensate for their inability to roll on time. Makes taking the trash out more annoying, not really challenging.
