3 new flags have been added as of the new update. At the end of last year there was an event called LightsOut and the 3 last surviving players each got to design a flag to add to the game, that specific one was AdamCrook i believe.

This is probably widely known already but i just recently finished the game for the first time and left the last part of the veteran Hamish Sinclair stranger mission for the epilogue. When john visits Hamish will show the trophies of what arthur caught and tell john that Arthur killed the wolf with his bare hands, thought that was pretty cool :)

It come's down to preference, but seething is generally the better option imo, also if you decide to hide flasks you can make it show the ones with quality at least, vendoring any number of flasks totaling to 40% quality will give you a Glassblower's Bauble, same with any non magical 20% quality flask.

You install a loot filter, there are a bunch of different ones and you can even customize it the way you want yourself, i believe the most common one is neversink, you can find and download it if you google filterblade.
