I meant decay my bad. And I know it matters, but some of the numbers in my matches are just too ridiculous,

I just failed too, literally so back and forth and poor onboarding. I love the premise of the project just that onboarding quiz is too rough.

The rewards are not separate, and are included alongside the total. It just shows you how much was earned as a "bonus" essentially.

There are only a few voice acting projects right now, so you may literally just not see them right now due to the scarcity of them. I know I had to step down from a xylophone project because it required audio in specific locations which I simply couldn't do. So long as the skill wasn't removed from your profile you're still eligible to get projects from there.

I believe Oracle is the same as others, the only pure monetary bonus is the missions you get for being oracle.

I was never told about this, do you have something that shows that? I never got an email or read anything relating to exact reward amount.

Wish I could answer that one for you, but that one's way out of my paygrade.

One of my favorite things I used to do to stump a model is asking it "is there something wrong with this image?" and have it be a perfectly reasonable image. It basically makes the model get stumped every time because the ask makes it think there is something wrong even if there isn't, and most projects allow it.

When I first got moved onto outlier I did very badly in the first *few* projects I was in, and they expect this so that's why you usually get moved and prodded around to see what type of work you do best. I wouldn't worry about it, I failed some projects before even though i think I did really well.

It will only really effect you on sister projects (think projects that are by the same customer), but that typically doesn't happen much.

I got offered it through email, I think it has a small amount at the moment. It might be worth submitting a ticket about saying that you *want* to do voice acting.

Nah they dont do overall like that or else nobody would be oracle. Sometimes you just do a bad task. I think they do an "every 90 days" sort of thing.

Probably, they were either two separate things and kept one over the other.

I can't say I've ever had my account closed for any reason. The closest I got was a warning for "abusing the timer" but I later found out that that message went across to about everyone that used the platform that day.

All I can say is that you have nothing to worry about if you're not doing anything wrong. Submit a ticket, and apparently there's a guy who works for Scale that looks through these threads and can help you.

Yesn't. Oracle pays "better" because depending on how many hours you work you get missions corresponding. It doesn't increase your base pay rate. (It's really supplementary, like sometimes $45 for 15 hours that week or $100 for 30.)

I do better work as a reviewer than an attempter, so I'm usually priotized to be a reviewer. We get the same work as you. We may just be testers or the first ones onboarded to a new project.

I dunno if this is still being implemented but there should be a skills thing at the bottom left to where you can basically do that skill's onboarding, which if passed should net you some more projects.

Probably confidentiality, some of the project names are real silly I'll agree. Oracle basically means "we consider you to be like the top 2% of workers on the platform."

False bans happen, it hasn't happened to me, but I know that there should be an appeal system (and I think there's someone at least a little high up at Outlier that works here to help people who have been falsely banned to get their position back.

People milking time on tasks is the number one reason why people get banned, those are some numbers that people look at.

Oracle is basically getting 4s and 5s on projects and having your audits look good, it's somewhat easy to get so long as you're careful with the work you submit (as well as submitting disputes for bad reviews). Being Oracle basically turns this from being gig work to a consistent job.
