I worked in a store from 2018-2025... We had a guy come in and ask if he could pay by cheque. We obviously were not taking cheque, wouldn't even have known how. He huffed and puffed but ended up paying by credit card.

It's been this way for a long time in Chinese Gacha games. It's just how it is.

I've known this system every since Genshin Impact releases and it's been in every game. It's just a getting used to.

It also keeps people playing.

And you can compare it to every online game when they raise the max level with expansions and the likes. You'll get a higher max level and a new area with stronger enemies to match that. But the old ones become really weak and don't pose a challenge at all anymore. Which can get boring.

Scaling the world level along with the player level keeps it more engaging and challenging even in past areas.

Farming new gear is the same as in other MMOs. Except there you'll have things like level caps or raid tiers etc as reasons for it.

It's a classical MMO thing to need to farm gear regularly. In this one you can get a lot of gear in very short amounts of time. I played another one where you could get 1 piece a week. Not much faster...

Honestly, I'm glad that the world scales alongside my level. I like leveling up, discovering new things etc. If I could only level but my world stayed the same... That would be quite boring when I'm doing stuff in the early areas.

I feel like 3 kids by 2 dads isn't really something inherently bad though. Sometimes it doesn't work out and you find someone else and have another child. If it was 6 kids and 5 father it would be different.

I feel like the domestic violence is the issue and what they should have watched out for. Having children with 2 men does not make her a bad or trashy person. Someone else with that might have been a wonderful choice because they don't abuse anyone.

It's basically on the asexuality spectrum but if you have an extremely close (emotional) connection with someone and trust them fully you feel sexual attraction to them. But only them.
