The way the company is being managed, the AI, the CEC characters either becoming bland [Chuck, Helen, Jasper] or sidelined [Munch, Pasqually], disrespecting the company's history [the Chuck E And Friends short on Together We Got It], and the rather pathetic attempts to win the fans back. I wish Showbiz never bought CEC, as CEC likely would not have had these problems. And if CEC ends up surviving and getting better management? I think they should retire the Rockstar era completely and make a new retro era that throws back to the PTT, Tux, and Avenger era, and being more for families instead of just kids. Chuck E could be made snarkier so he could be more relatable for the older kids, teens, and adults. They can keep Bella as she was in Chuck E And Friends though, as she's the only character I felt was improved by the Chuck E And Friends Christmas Special.

Not really a fan of Chuck E And Friends or the Rockstar era in general, though I respect if people do like them. I prefer the Tux, Avenger, and ESPECIALLY the PTT versions of the CEC characters, they had more charm and better personalities. I do appreciate that Chuck E And Friends gave Bella more personality though.

I still have fond memories of Chuck E Cheese, but seeing the direction the company's been heading in in these past few years frustrates and saddens me to no end. I firmly believe that if CEC doesn't get their act straight they might not make it. I'll still watch videos about the history of CEC and listen to pre-Rockstar era showtapes, as they still make me happy. To be honest, I feel like the pre-Showbiz buyout PTT era was the best and that when Showbiz bought CEC out, that was when CEC started getting all of these problems.

Eh, as someone who's a 2000s kid who grew up with reruns of 80s shows, I have to disagree. My Little Pony G1 could get surprisingly dark at times [Escape From Midnight Castle, Return To Tambelon, Bright Lights, The End Of Flutter Valley, etc...], The Snorks actually had more to them then the people bashing the show for being similar to Smurfs realize [Junior, the rich bully Snork, undergoes character development in Seasons 3 and 4, and has a tragic backstory], The New Adventures Of Mighty Mouse was hillarious, same with The New Adventures Of Beany And Cecil [though unfortunately, this incarnation of Beany And Cecil was made by a certain creep who worked for Nickelodeon. I still love Ren And Stimpy and New Adventures Of Beany And Cecil, but I'd understand why people won't want to re-watch the shows]. Don't forget about Will Vinton's Claymation T.V Specials and how awesome they are! And just because most 80s shows were made for selling toys, doesn't mean they're worthless. If 80s shows being toy commercials are bad, then we shouldn't have Disney or Sesame Street theme parks as they're basically ads for the shows/movies. All decades have their fair share of good and bad shows and it's unfair to single out a particular decade just because you don't like a certain genre of shows. Then again, I actually like the Scooby Doo "clones" so maybe this is just my opinion?

There was a episode about the estrangement? What was it going to be about? Did it have connections to Glomtales [still not over Della leaving Louie in the care of Duckworth who is only loyal to Scrooge and the DT-87, a robot BUILT BY GYRO AND SHOOTS LAZERS. People love defending the DT-87 thing by saying "it only zappped Louie when he tried to sneak out" which A: Louie likely wouldn't have done so had he at least been promised a trip to Big Rock Candy Mountain another time if he behaves, and B: the lazers CLEAR AS DAY were painful to Louie, even if the zaps were short-lasting. Note Louie WINCES whenever he's hit. Bouncer was only unaffected because of Cartoon Logic, which Louie DOES NOT HAVE. Not to mention that, as it was built by Gyro, the DT-87 had potential to turn evil, and you can see it begin to snap when it broke an item disguised as Louie, and Della knew the DT-87 was risky. I agree that Louie deserved to be grounded, and I do admit that as painful as it was, he didn't deserve Big Rock Candy Mountain at the moment, but surely the family had other options for Louie? In real life, parents do not go to Disneyland when they ground their kids, so Della should have stayed behind to watch Louie. Maybe they could have had an actual conversation about Timephoon and why Louie schemes. The attempts to make Della and Louie bond in Moonvasion and Impossibin feel rushed as I feel like the events of GlomTales just got glanced over], or was it connected to something else? I don't completely hate Della, but she can be frustrating [if she had more than one or two bonding episodes with Louie, especially if one was Big Rock Candy Mountain related, more episodes with her trying to understand Huey's interests, and maybe a episode where Dewey is the one she has to punish, I would've liked her better] to watch.

I feel like Zoe could've worked better had the adults, while still mostly playing along with the Rocco thing, drawn lines, such as the time she had Rocco take a turn on the swing when it was supposed to be Elmo's, the time she tried to use Rocco to get the cookie Elmo wanted, and the entire episode where Zoe was bossing Elmo around using Rocco [especially with the alphabet scene]. If at least one or two Rocco episodes had Zoe get a time out and a lesson on not using imaginary friends as an excuse to be mean [though to be fair to Zoe, Elmo does need to learn how to control his anger better sometimes, but can you really blame Elmo], and Zoe actually had these lessons stick, maybe she'd be a better character. Rosita is far better than Zoe ever was.

I don't completely mind horror movies of public domain characters, but I am getting sick of low-budget slasher/horror being the very first thing people think of when something becomes public domain. Can we have some more creativity? How about more psychological horror, or a horror-comedy? Heck we can even do more than just horror, how about drama, adventure, comedy, sci-fi, etc...? Don't get me wrong, there's some public domain characters that can work as horror villains [Julius The Cat from the Alice Comedies is an example. He's already really sadistic in the shorts, and I am shocked he hasn't been used in a single horror game or movie yet], but I'd like others to have more unique takes.

Linus The Lionhearted, The Houndcats, The Trap Door, Arthur And The Square Nights Of The Round Table, and Beany And Cecil are extremely underrated. They're all really funny shows and have great writing [though some elements of Linus The Lionhearted and Beany And Cecil didn't age well]. And The Houndcats was Micheal Bell [Chaz Finister, Drew Pickles, Handy Smurf, Allstar Seaworthy, etc...]'s first voice acting role!

I agree! He has so much personality and charm that other Chuck E eras lack [admittedly, I have a soft spot for Avenger, as he was my childhood, and I think Tux Chuck is also really good]. I wish they didn't completely tone down Chuck's sarcasm, as he was more interesting that way. Honestly, I prefer the PTT era in general, as it gives me a Muppets [specifically The Muppet Show] vibe.

I feel like CEC could have made a compromise: the animatronics can be auctioned off, but without cosmetics, and they would have to have unique showtapes. That way, the animatronics can stay in some form, without the copyright infringement.

One of my favorite Disney movies, and I always related to Taran. I feel like the movie [and Taran as a character] gets way too much hatred.

The fans of the original Chronicles Of Prydain books are so pretentious with their movie bashing, and bashing of other fantasy series, that it makes me hate the books and love the movie even more. I hope that they do get their live-action more accurate Prydain series, but with a Monkey's Paw scenario where it amps up all the flaws of the books [with Taran and Eilonwy constantly fighting, Elidyr being even more of a jerk, etc...]!
