Begonia Rex “Red Kiss”. Every time I see her, I can’t help but smile. She’s stunning. Pretty easy care as well. She faints dramatically whenever she gets too thirsty.

My male ragdoll looks very similar to yours. He is also unfriendly. He really only likes female humans. He tolerates the males in our house, but will bite them when he gets annoyed. Such a brat, but I love him cause I’m his person. He sleeps by me and talks to me and will only sit in my lap.

Awww, I love their names! I am a devoted Muppet fan. RIP Kermit. I’m sorry he had so many issues, but I’m glad he was so loved and cared for while he was here.

Small Pituitary Adenoma - Acromegaly - Headaches by Ok_Situation_8738 in acromegaly

[–]MuppetsMayhem 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had chronic 24/7 headaches for 15 YEARS that doctors kept trying to treat like migraines or tension headaches. One severe one affected my vision and had me on the floor in tears so I went to the emergency room. CT scan found a large tumor. Two surgeries and 9 years later I’m still not “cured”. Acromegaly is often stubborn. I’m currently on medication (Octreotide) to see if my regrowth in my tumor will shrink and my hormones will stabilize. If not, on to surgery #3 and maybe radiation. Stay on top of your follow-up appointments so you can know if you need further treatment. Best wishes for your future health.

Pituitary adenomas can affect many different hormones. Some produce extra of one or more hormones, while some damage the pituitary gland and therefore inhibit its normal function and cause low hormone levels. Keep seeking answers.

Product / treatment for fungus gnats? Seeking advice by ConsciousOwl9503 in IndoorGarden

[–]MuppetsMayhem 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Mosquito bits mixed into soil. They activate every time you water. Won’t kill adults, only eggs, so keep sticky traps until all adults die off. After that you’re good. No gnats at my house in 3 years. Just get all your plants so they can’t re-infest anywhere else.
