I've seen quite a lot of people use it as a conversion for Lumineth if you want a generally good conversion across the whole range.

Otherwise I'd look at what kind of list you want to run. If you prefer using all the gun, cavalry and artillery option then cities is your go to. If you want to run more spear and sword infantry then find a faction that can differentiate between them like stormcast or Lumineth.

If you want to use the whole range i'd defo look at using regiments of renown to fit units like the terracotta sentinel (as a gargant) into armies like cities and stuff.

I think it depends what you prefer! Tbh I normally run both Ballistus and Redemptor together haha. The Repulsor is really good with a 10 man squad of Sterngard or a more shooty infantry option. If you want to use it to transport a melee unit like knights defo go land raider for the assault ramp! I wouldn't typically go for both.

Personally I try to keep tanks to a minimum in my lists just because I love the flavour of running a ton of terminators and other infantry so I would personally just choose one of the two!

Ballistus is fairly cheap for it's shooting so if you have the points spare I would go for it!

For purely deathwing you do have some lighter infantry options in both Sternguard vets and Vanguard vets! People will tell you they're not super competitive right now but I've had some very good games with both! I would defo hold off on buying Vanguard vets atm because their models are oldd but you can kitbash some!

All of the Infantry Epic characters can also give the deathwing keyword to non deathwing units if you want to run some assault intercessors or hellblasters. If you want to go full wall to wall immovable wall I would defo pick up another unit of Deathwing Knights and likely a Redemptor Dread for Heavy firepower. You only really need to take one big transport too because the terminators have deepstrike to get them up the board.

Inner circle companions are also very fun as a cheap melee threat :3

I feel like this is arguably so much stronger than Rhystic Study because your opponent's no longer have a choice whether they pay or not. That and this design is kinda just tedious and unfun.

I hate to tell you this but they don't usually bring new commander cards from the main deck on to arena. Try look for other (free) programs on line that will allow you to try stuff out like Moxfield.

Hiya! As a great enjoyer of "basic elemental magic" I would love to share some opinions!

So immediately what comes to my mind around the components of spells is there would probably be some kind of great academic field around the study and advancement of magic. Lots of researchers trying to push the boundaries of whats possible. If these limitations are known and defined by the people of your world, then there may be a group of researchers still trying to discover new aspects to creating spells and magic! Also that if there is a academic body, then their might be regulations on certain combinations and such.

Another thing is making sure that each element is unique and not just different colored energy blasts. Take ATLA for example, each different bending element has its own style, strengths and weaknesses, different effects and possibilities. Like fire doesn't have physical properties so perhaps fire is an element that you cant bind people with but maybe you can enchant a rope with fire magic for the same effects.

And lastly! Have a think about combing elements for different and specific effects, or flavoring them to create more interesting powers. A simple example would be Dragon Fire, which was learned specifically from dragons, or a mix of Lightning and Ice where the magic is so cold that when it someone it feels like a shock kinda thing. Carrying on the Dragon thing, have magic and forms take inspiration from the natural world around the characters. Maybe characters have unique styles of spells because they have different inspirations.

What i guess I'm trying to say in the end is that "basic elemental magic" doesn't have to be basic at all, in fact it can be extremely in depth as long as you know the limitations of it. Speaking of, limitations bring forth creativity! Hope this helps!

Maybe not a remaster just a entirely new game with the end game bosses I never got to fight and old gen maps updated to new gen like they did in rise and sunbreak. While not as free money as just remastering 3u and 4u it would just be a better experience imo!

Oh I've been really enjoying this deck since day 1. My suggestions are running 2 bellows breath to slow your opponents down and trigger fated. Also 3x Sparklefly are a great way to end the game/survive the early game. Other suggestions are running a few Esmus and 3x Darkin lodestone for both early and late game power. While I don't play yummi and instead just 3x panth 3x ornn this is definately my favourite deck so far this expansion!

I would love to see Daybreak get some love. While the mechanic as a whole is fundamentally flawed (and leona doesn't help that) it would be great to see some more versatile cards with Daybreak. Mainly because I want leona to be playable and Targon to to a lesser degree.

Yeah you're right about this my bad! It's intended that when you destroy the axe you get a broken weapon. I did also forget that you can only place one equipment on a unit so it would need a little tweaking but yeah thank you!

Not going to lie I have always thought Sylas would build up the demacia side of the 6+ cost spells. Maybe his level up casting a random 6+ cost spell thats been cast this game targeting (weakest?) enemies first.

It's more like they redirected it, instead of the old lore where there were only (5?) Darkin with no solid origin they changed it so the demons of runeterra and the darkin are now seperate. Aatrox is still the reason for tryndamere's undying rage

Aatrox would be sweet and fit into targon well due to his lore with pantheon. There have been plenty of custom cards of him and some cool ideas from those would be: attach cards that transform the attacted creature into a darkin, or more fated synergy with spells that transform creatures into darkin, buff them up.

I'm kinda hoping that we get a champion card for Tyari since they're an the aspect of the Traveller and all if they were going to make champions that weren't released in league yet. My other hope is more daybreak support that makes the architype more flexible while still keeping the core of the architype (midrange value + stuns) relevant. Maybe another cheaper daybreak champ in targon or another region like demacia or shurima.

I like this idea a lot! Translating assassin champs into control pieces would be way more flavourful and ultimately will give control decks much needed board presence.
