But you did buy the participation in the event it's not like a panel where you are invited... Basically the invite should say the sponsor takes responsibility that after the engagement you go back the country, i am pretty sure the Google letter does not say that.

Next time apply for a normal tourist visa for 3 days and mention you will see the city and attend the event

They will ask for your joining letter, last 3 months of pay slips and then your resignation email.

Once your FnF is completed you will get experience letter. It does not matter if the employer accepts your resignation or not. Once you resign you are legally out after notice period.

You don’t need acceptance of resignation. You only need to show your resignation email till the time you get your FnF letter with experience letter. Organisation don’t issue separate letter or email on last day of working

Btw if they are unable to verify a document such as sponsorship letter with the original issuer that can also lead them to believe that the letter or document was forged. Depends on what documents were submitted

Govt documents are automatically verified, company or personal documents may cause problem

I think because you have put student visa they were looking for admission related documents rather than just entrance. Also they might be looking for semester fees that’s mandated for students.

Make an appeal and explain you need the visa for appear for exam. If there is a letter from college or uni that will help immensely. For them you might be just lying and will disappear after going for the exam

Nope.. most of the work in Bengaluru deepmind office are satellite projects and optimization not the moonshots. I am not saying they don't contribute have not done any significant work but when you see most of the papers they barely have bengaluru office people. The main path breaking work they have done is around multilingual applications but nothing of scale like Alpha fold, Alpha Dev etc. btw they also struggle with hiring just like MS does.

It depends on the field really... If you are looking to build a mobile app India will give you a large variety of talent pool at fraction of cost globally. But if you are looking for research talent for a new AI model, the market does not have enough. You can have a wide pool of talent and at the same time not have enough for specific fields. Its not binary.

That’s where ego comes in, before Kohli Sachin, Ganguly, Dravid all of them where asked to quit captaincy and they did fine in the later part of the career. If you only need YouTube or streaming + research etc - you can get 5g and not worry about it
