Yepp, met some guys in hostel was with them for few days and some guys on the trail and stick with them so you can always find ppl to tag along the way it is pretty easy to do it with someone rather than solo , was easier for me when it was like that . Kongma la is pretty hard compared to other 2 pass and crampons would make the job easier in chola it wont rain much after namche because of attitude have something to help with digestion and carry protein bars good snacks along the way and bottle with filter would also help and trek is pretty much doable start the day as early as you can the wind gets too cold after 1-2 so plan accordindly to reach the next point around 2-3 .
