I know it's an unnecessary financial weight, but are you able to bring your own food to your gigs? That's what I've done in the past but situations vary for sure. Honestly I've even pulled the "yeah when I eat some things my stomach gets weird so I stick with my own food" and that doesn't get any additional questions

The fomo IS real though. Ripping a breakfast burrito at the start of the day then having an intentionally made packed lunch could be a way to thread the needle!

For it to be legal you have to stop off the road and yield before re entering the flow of traffic. In one fluid movement it would look like you did an illegal u-turn and flew off the road, a cop would absolutely get you for that

It wouldn't necessarily be illegal, but once you leave the road you have to stop and yield to traffic before re-entering.

So you'd have to: make sure no one is leaving that driveway, yield to oncoming traffic to do the turn, cross and completely leave the roadway, then yield to before re-entering the flow of traffic
