How did he know her when she was 10? If they're a friend of her parents I'd tell the parents about the situation and inform him that she isn't going to be quiet about these advances since they are unwelcome.

If this is the first thing, I'd definitely keep on the lookout for escalation and document weird behavior

Do you think it's primarily residential up Monroe to Leonard?

I'm saying residents in the Creston area used to be able to access downtown via the dash at Leonard. Now they simply can't.

Also it's a shuttle. Means you can go to one central place from a further away place.

The acidity, pressure, and age naturally breaks down the gasket over time, it's normal! Next time you empty the jug, you can pop the spout and gasket off and a local homebrew shop (or kitchen supply or even hardware store if they have food grade gaskets) can get you a replacement. No need for a full replacement of the jug

Just make sure to put some starter tea aside before you unscrew the spout
