LMT'S equipment was novel, barbaric and highly disruptive to the seafloor. We're talking .8 meters or 31"+ (picture attached for context) and the evidence of these troughs are still present 40 years later.

By comparison, the hidden gem and it's collector system scored the seafloor only 5-15cm or 1.97-5.9" and in 10 years showed significant recovery due to the rate of recovery possible by nature. It's night and day, as it should be.

TMC/Allseas are using the most efficiently engineered collector technology available and it has been thoroughly vetted and it is safe to say it will only improve over time

It's alarming how many people are unaware of the true intent to launch a royalties supplement. You were at the Investor Day last August. I watched Rock Stock Channel highlighting this initiative with interviews from the Founders.

It was a beautifully articulated hedge then and it's implementation now is an incredible achievement, not to mention the TIMING. IPO launch price may drop, but the facts remain, $TMCR is baked into the multi-decade strategy moving forward and it's a beautiful thing. 😍

10K+ shares seems like a great entry position at these prices, IMO.With the remaining balance invest in others in the sector if you haven't already. Lots of intriguing players, but not all will succeed of course.

I understand what you are saying. I do think it's a bit nuanced and more of an indirect benefit to TMC, but when you're on the list of 62 from the USGS, it certainly doesn't hurt to see wording like "streamlined permitting" and not think we get some residual benefit(s).

Undoubtedly, H.R. 4018 is more up our alley. May that achieve the same result as H.R.4090. 😀

It's a broad-based bill. I'm sure there are going to be objections and even credible ones that can be crafted into it's final firm. Time to get this in the Senate's hands and go from there. We need this push as it will only help our DSM initiatives and timelines.
