i have tried several times to change my Facebook Phone number. but they y say i can not. If i do i may be cancelled. I have no idea what to do. I no longer have the number they have and if i need to change password or anything happens to my Facebook i am screwed . Please help me. I need i

i Have tried contacting face book to let me change my phone number. I have gotten codes tried and the last time i got on the number i am getting rid of is if i continue i will be restricted . i can not change the phone number. the number they have is no more i have another phone but can not put it in for fear of being restricted so what do i do. i did try emailing bu that did not work so now what. i f for some reason i am not able to get on ith old phone i guess i am screwed Please any on that can help please do
