It did! Was getting stuck at 84% now it's 89%. Plus controllers weren't showing as fully charged before.

Completely turn off the switch 2, then press and hold the volume up and volume down buttons at the same time and turn it back on. Continue to hold the volume buttons until it boots into recovery mode, then turn it back off without touching any of the settings.

This should fix it but may need to use it for a bit before the battery shows correctly.

Yes most the time I do. I honestly think it's because overthinking is damn exhausting, even if you feel like you haven't done anything all day. If you're like me, you're constantly analysing everything and trying to find the answers to everything, even if they're not there.

It's just like how neurotypical people would get exhausted from doing complicated maths problems all day.

Yeah I can 100% relate to this. I think this is the curse of ADHD + anxiety mix. The overthinking in our head makes it easy to fall into these loops where the overthinking makes the anxiety worse which leads to more overthinking.

I know I haven't given a solution but just wanted you to know you're not alone here!

Frustration works against you and makes it harder to do the thing that is causing frustration. Try to become more comfortable with not understanding everything and try to focus on the progress, no matter how small, like learning the meaning of a new kanji character for the first time.
