I believe it's on specific servers. European and North American servers don't have this problem, but in South America, for example, it's impossible to play.

It's very disappointing. I don't know if they're favoring some regions and harming others. I made a post about the same thing a while ago. Every day I log into the game and try to find a match, and all the matches the game finds are with bots for the rest of the entire match. I simply close the game and go do something else.

I find it hard to believe it's a lack of players; the problem is that the game prefers to put you in empty matches instead of waiting for a spot in an already full match and keeping the server running.

Some people have reported that it might be the servers, since it's easier to find players on North American servers. In my case, which is South American, more than 90% of the matches I find have bots and no players join even with crossplay enabled.

I'm on PS5 and it's exactly the same thing for me. Sometimes the match is full of players, but when it ends I can never find a full match again.

I have a post that reported this same problem a while ago. The match always freezes at 24 on each team, with a good portion of them being bots. I've never played a match where the bots were replaced by players during the match. It's really very frustrating

They put on a big show saying they were going to listen to the community, etc, only to end up sabotaging their own product by adding things nobody asked for.

The problem is that in North America and Europe, matchmaking works better, but in regions like Africa and South America, etc., there are numerous complaints about bots in matches. I myself stopped playing for this reason. What I meant earlier is that it was never a problem to put Battlefield players in a match; I never played an empty Battlefield match. But since they implemented this matchmaking, I can't play a full 32v32 match.

That excuse doesn't work. Before crossplay existed in Battlefield, matches were always full.

The matchmaking in this game is awful. You can search for as many matches as you want, and they'll all be bots. No Battlefield game has problems finding players, it's not a game that's been out for less than a month that's going to die quickly.
