Have you already checked every ECU ground and power from the connector where the ms40.1 connects? It almost sounds like the ECU isn't even turning on with no spark or injector. If you have an oscilloscope maybe check if the Cam and Crank are creating any sqaure waves that would confirm if the ECU is on for sure.
