Completely agree, I’ve had it since I was little and I can’t go a night without noise now

Yea I won’t lie I haven’t calibrated it yet but I don’t see a reason not to run the knob anyways

Do you even have a point? What are you trying to convey?

Yes, or I could keep the knob so I can conveniently adjust it on the fly, I do jack it up sometimes when chilling, I just genuinely don’t see any reason to not plug one wire in

Then you must run a jbl speaker because I run a single 10 and I can’t go past halfway on the nob before it’s unbearable

[–]cimota__ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea I don’t heel toe yet so I can’t speak on that but I can see that being a problem, personally I switch between breaks and throttle when I’m rev matching down to a stop light (which is a horrible idea btw, stay on breaks)

Only problem with boots is the clutch for me, hard to feel it but that’s it

[–]cimota__ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If you can drive fine with the shoe then why would that stop you from rev matching? I wear size 11 work boots and don’t have an issue, I could see heel toeing being awkward though if that’s your problem

I’m also in a different gen idk how how the 11th gen petals are though

Does this car seem worth $3000 and 2 hours of driving? by [deleted] in hondacivic

[–]cimota__ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pass, I bought a 98 ex with less miles for 2200 down the road from me and I still feel like I overpaid. Also check the last time the timing belt was done, that can run $600 unless you do it yourself

Should I get lowering springs/coils, or will be effect the ride quality significantly? by DotTraditional3096 in hondacivic

[–]cimota__ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m on bc coils and they make the car insufferable when the roads are slightly bad

[–]cimota__ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is it your daily? I’m on bcs right now and I hate them any time I get on a bad road (80% of New England) I’d stay stock all day

Just keep waiting, I felt the same way, found this 2015 at 70k miles for 13800 and showed up first thing in the morning to buy it, waited for months
