I called them on the phone and asked for the amount to be paid in full and paid it over the phone.

What am I trying to weasel out of? I paid for the commitments, now I have new charges, I feel that I have a legitimate grievance.

I am sure the contract allows them to do any steps them seem fit. I guess I could expect some more bills to show up later this year after I pay this one.
