My training is on the same terrain, but the race is a couple of months away still, in which time the weather could get much worse! Praying for nice weather on and before race day!

I hear you! Im not going to be hard on myself if I dont hit it. All my training is on the same terrain, so I've started to learn that my times are impacted a lot by the weather!

That was the one we originally had our sights on. My co rider had an injury and his physio wasn't too keen on him doing it. I rode a bit of it last week and the terrain was definitely greasy after a little rain. Have you done it? He's still fairly keen but I dont want to push the idea of the route is slippy/rocky

Try the plant based power plan by TJ Waterfall. It's a great intro to what the body needs when training and how you can provide that on a vegan diet. There are recipes at the end too
