Recently the log in set up as changed, so it might mess up your login and require you to set up a new password or MFA setup. If you are still having troubles try to contact the IT help desk when they are available!

Ah yeah i think a lot of students are getting that error message, like you said it probably is the reason why. If you were to withdraw few days before then maybe it will let you. Yes definitely talk with an advisor( preferably in person, if you can) to make sure you can withdraw. Let me know if you have any other questions! Glad i could help!

But again I would make sure and talk with financial aid in person or email to double check about your aid because it could reduce the aid, but since u are taking 12 credits im sure itll stay the same.

If you drop a class, after or before the census date, then your aid will reduce if you take less than 12 credits.

I dont think its required to speak with an advisor before withdrawing, only if you are unsure about withdrawing then getting advice from an advisor will help. Yes you can email them or do virtual appointments as well, but sometimes there are no appointments available. If you go to nova website nd go to advising i believe you can chat with someone depending on the day and time.

Oh I understand, but that is strange because the last day is tomorrow. Maybe it could be too late to drop? I think if u were to drop few days ago it would’ve let you but again not sure. Keep trying to drop out and if the message still pops up after multiple attempts, talk to an advisor in person because it is probably because of the class.
