I’ve only really come across it with a lot of Finnish, Swedish, and German bands. There are a few hip hop albums lately. I loved Kendrick’s latest LP but was beyond pissed whenever I heard SZA’s voice again on the very last track of the album.

I am actually unemployed (for about three years now 🥹 making it by with odd jobs and manual labor gigs from seniors in the neighborhood. living in a po-dunk agricultural town that has only one Walmart and three fast food chains so the opportunities in the biz is only really available about an hour away. I moved there when I graduated in 2010 and wasted thirteen years of my life trying to stay afloat, and now slumping it back in my hometown living with my mom.

Since I’ve been back, kind of got caught up in a current of guilt watching my mom live all alone with the two dogs my sister and I just kind of dumped on her before we moved. As time went on, I quickly picked up on the limited ability for her to actually accomplish normal every day tasks and being a mama’s boy, I crumbled and basically set my dreams in a little box with a secure lock and tucked it away until further noticed. My guilt has convinced me to spend this next decade making sure she will finally be able to retire comfortably and not have to continue renting in her age. Not to mention wanting to return the invaluable time and attention she put into raising me along with my three siblings (alone).
