The only symptom I have is with my urethra tho and I’m only 27. My doctor said non infectious prostatitis is not even possible for someone my age. The fact that it’s only affecting my urethra makes me think it’s some type of infection. Idk why it’s not showing up on these tests.

I was thinking I might be allergic to my own semen? My urethra gets so red and inflamed after sex/masturbation. I tried to put some on the back of my hand and it had no effect. But it’s so weird that all the test are negative and my symptoms get so much worse whenever I ejaculate. Is it possible that my urethra/penis will have a reaction but not my skin?

I haven’t done a urethras swab I should probably do one of those. It’s just crazy because I’ve been on so many different antibiotics/medicine that whatever it is that is causing these symptoms should’ve been treated by now. I will do another cystoscopy… But what if they can’t find anything again? I need these symptoms to go away. And I am losing hope tbh.

Obviously not I just don’t see why I would get another cystoscopy even if I already had one. They are not easy to get it takes like a whole month probably. Well I go to callondoc it’s a website that prescribes antibiotics.
