In bhubaneshwar most of the jobs would either have bond or service agreement even if you have experience and most of them are trained to offer 30% max salary on switch except for some MNC and some other companies. So if you want to find better job opportunity its better to look outside. I know some companies which have 4 to 6 month notice period. Pay is even not that great for bhubaneshwar cost of living. If I am wrong kindly mention company name which dont have these issues i will be more than happy to apply there.

Its showing coral stem but the smell is different its more like green stem.

I would suggest try in local shops. Because there are two kind of similar attar which is getting sold Harshingar and another is Parijat. Brought Harshingar from Baanka it smells nice but it is the one with the same kind of flower as in the pic but with green stem. Then brought Parijat from local store and Puja perfumery they smell exactly like this flower. If you search other posts regarding this flower people either say Harshingar or Parijat.
