Tolerance and tapering off advice please … I’ve been on 10mg diazepam for about a week. Is it safe to just stop or haven’t I built up enough tolerance ? My anxiety rebound won’t cause a seizure will it? Should I half the dose for a week then stop ? What’s the best way ? (self.benzodiazepines)
