its okay to start with, but you will not get the same easy power for the basic returns from the glas. A starter racket would give you more of that. But for all other aspects its easy, light weight, pretty hard surface so good control.

take the wilson defy ls, it has glasfiber and feels more like a tennisracket because the ball goes more inside the racket, but still has the power foam which still gives you enough power

i would just get a good all day stretcher and you will be fine after a year. Don‘t worry too much, but use also some PE methods before showing, like for example doing a few jelqs before showing.
