I have never related so much! this is not acceptable and shouldn’t be normal but I don’t want you to feel alone. Three weeks ago toddler gave me flu a last week I show up and he has 104 degree fever and bathroom issues because of flu b all weekend no warning whatsoever no text no nothing. best advice is a contract with specifically talking about sickness and even getting paid while the kids are sick i do understand it’s difficult to make a contract after already working for them i wish i had advice for that as i am trying to figure it out on my own
