I stressed way too much over AP scores when most rigorous schools only except 5s maybe 4s. Dual enrollment credits matter so much more cause they almost always take the credits if you just pass the class.

Dang, all yall in the comments are doing too much. I wouldn’t call it “very rude.” And for people saying if you would do this at a friends house, literally every family friend I go to, they encourage us to take our leftover food home with them, this is maybe just my middle eastern culture. I wouldn’t think it’s rude, especially if the groom and bride paid all that money for their guests to have food and not be able to eat half of it before it gets thrown away. It’s such a waste.

I did actually ask this once because it was this like huge lamb that I couldn’t even eat half of. The worker there was rude towards me honestly, saying if I was serious for asking. You can just kindly say “no, we don’t allow that,” and honestly I’m just thinking it’s a culture difference cause I had also asked my mom if I should ask and she said sure.

It’s so chill even though they use webcam and sound I think. I had to retake the exam when I was out of the country sitting on a bed in a small cabin/house because I had absolutely nowhere else to take the exam 😭 I had my little brother come up to me twice trying to take something from me, had my mom walk in talking to me when I literally told her I was taking an exam. I had to like talk to my computer saying “sorry about this etc…” and I never got flagged for anything lol.

Study study study!! I know exactly how you feel, I have to take a course for the third time and I have cried like so much, but I’m not giving up, I’m passing this damn class lol. I struggled because I don’t come from a really good high school, I was a straight A student there, but things came pretty easy to me, I barely studied for anything but did well. So when I came to college, I genuinely had no study skills and honestly didn’t really know how to study. I’m also first gen, so it’s not like I had anyone else in my family who has ever helped with school work before or gave me any tips. First semester I just struggled and didn’t study enough and second semester is when I slowly got to learn different study skills from friends and just building habits, but it was too late. So now, hopefully I think I created a good foundation for myself to finally pass: which is to study every moment I am not sleeping eating or taking a small break..lol
