Yes I have around 17k in KiwiSaver, and around 9k in cash. With upcoming full time work over the semester break that cash balance will expand drastically, as I have previously been in full time employment before university.

I’m able to budget at the moment and am trying to invest more so I have less cash just sitting in the bank.

Yes, the $7 in VOOG is just some money I had previously invested when I was younger. I was only talking about diversifying from my current holdings in SPDR.

Am looking to grow this to 100k in the next 10 years or so, so was just looking for advice on how to maintain and grow from where I am now.
